Application Hosting Solutions
Hosted application software may be "HOD" (Host On Demand, where you supply the license), "Rental" (where you rent the licenses monthly as you need them), or "Web App" (Browser-based applications may be used with the virtual desktop or by themselves).  Most services are billed monthly, prices shown are per user per month unless otherwise noted.  Enterprise applications require a formal quotation for subscription pricing and implementation.  Installation, configuration and custom deployment fees are not included. Managed services, such as backup and anti-virus, are listed as "MgSvc".
