To setup
a new account with CPAASP/InsynQ, Initial setup provides access to Self-Serve IT™, our self-service account management system. Once your account has been created, you will receive a notification email with your SSIT login information. Login to SSIT to place your first service order, modify services, or view your accounting and service information.
Our accounting department will contact the party listed as the Billing Account Administrative Contact to obtain credit card or bank information for payment of services. You can expedite this process by contacting billing@insynq.com immediately after placing an order to setup a new account, and providing your billing data therein. For your security, we strongly recommend that you do not email your credit card information to us.
When your account is ready, you will receive an email notification with login information and quick start guides. If at any time you wish to have assistance accessing your service or moving data to/from the hosting environment, please contact our support department at support@insynq.com. |
