RES Inc. is a growing vocational counseling firm. We have twelve locations throughout Washington State with 42 fulltime professionals. As a small company our multiple locations give us big company communication and network problems. Document control due to administrative laws, which mandates our medical documents to be confidential and continually updated, cause us many other challenges. RES is expert at the counseling services we provide but our expertises are very limited when it comes to network installation and troubleshooting

Now documents can be updated statewide in one easy process and case management can occur on line as we share case libraries. Backups and updates on 42 independent hard drives were inefficient and very costly.
