The setup process is pretty
simple and straightforward.
Some of our forms are set up to
collect account and billing information. These forms are
running from secured servers, so the information you enter is
protected from unauthorized access.
The information we collect with
each new order includes:
- Account information for
company ordering the service
- Organization information
for the company to utilize the service
- User information for the
user to access the service
- Billing information for
the Account, or financially responsible party
- Service selection
- Required licensing
information*
After submission of your
order, you will receive a confirmation email with the order
information. If you made an error on the order, please
reference the order number when contacting us.
When your account is ready,
you will receive an email notification with your login
information and quick startup guides. If at any time
you wish to have assistance accessing your service or moving
data to/from the hosting environment, please contact our
support department at

Billing questions can be
submitted to
billing@insynq.com
*All
orders for QuickBooks hosting service must include license
information for the version to be hosted. Please
provide the license and product code in the comments section
of the order. QuickBooks hosting orders received
without appropriate license information WILL NOT be
processed. |
