Here is a summary of how we work with you:
Step One: Send the source
document
- The Edgar Filing Support team uses the
e-Accounting eFileShare service to provide secure document sharing with EDGAR
Support clients. When we setup your account, you will be provided with the
login information to your personal folder. Uploading the documents is
easy... simply login to eFileShare, click upload, and browse your PC hard
drive for the files you wish to send. The speed of the upload will
depend on the speed of your PC and Internet connection.
- If you prefer, you can email your
documents as attachments. Send the message to
EdgarSupport@InsynQ.com.
You must provide the following information (along with any specific
instructions) so that we can process your order efficiently:
Subject: Company's name
and SEC Form type.
Telephone & email address: contact information of all
parties involved.
Company's codes: (CIK / CCC if not on file with us.)
Turn-around time: request the time to receive review
copy.
Filing date: date you plan to file with the SEC.
Step Two: Review the
EDGARized document
- The EDGARized document will be returned for
review within time specified by your Filing Support team member. Please
confirm your receipt of the documents. Alternatively, your documents may
be provided via the secure eFileShare system. Inspect your EDGARized
document and notify your Filing Support team member of any required changes or
addition. You will be provided with a fax number to send all edits.
Step Three: Approve the
EDGARized document
- When you give us the final approval on your
EDGARized document, we will test file the document with the SEC. Upon
receiving written authorization, the document will be filed in final form,
live, with the SEC.
Important note:
To better ensure that documents are filed in a timely fashion with the SEC,
written authorization is required and must be received at least one hour
before documents are to be filed in final form, live. The EDGAR Processing
Support team accepts authorization via email at EdgarFile@InsynQ.com, fax
authorization at 253.722.5605, or in urgent situations you can leave a voice
message at 253.284.2000 x2014.
